Children’s Mental Health Week

It's Children's Mental Health Week so here's a little game you can play at home to help remind everyone that there is lots to be thankful in our lives!


Thinking about the LITTLE THINGS around us that can make us happy is a great way to get more GROUNDED, to gain PERSPECTIVE and to help reduce ANXIETY.


Take it in turns to talk about:

One thing that you DID for YOURSELF that made you happy.

One thing that you DID for SOMEONE ELSE that made them and you happy.

One thing that SOMEONE ELSE did for YOU that you are thankful for.

One thing you SAW that you're thankful for.

One thing you FELT that you're thankful for, or that made you happy.
