I am Brave Chosen for Durham Little Reads Campaign

I am delighted to announce that I am Brave has been chosen for Durham Book Festival’s Little Reads Campaign.

Hundreds of copies of our book will be gifted to libraries across County Durham, accompanied by events and resources to encourage children to read for pleasure.

As part of the festival, Zoe Waring and I will be running a storytime session at Claybrook Library on Saturday 12 October.

I am so grateful to Children's Books North and New Writing North who are organising the festival. Having a book chosen for this fabulous event is a massive boost for Zoe and me - considering how many picture books are published every year, I’m incredible honoured that they have chosen ours!
