Meet the Illustrator: Zoe Waring
It’s always a delight to create a new book and even more fun when I get to work with an illustrator that I’ve not worked with before!
Zoe Waring has illustrated lots a fabulous children’s books including picture books, board books and novelty titles. I hope you’ll agree she’s done an amazing job with I am Brave! We have worked hard to ensure the book features a diverse cast of characters, so that every child will find someone they identify with.
Creating books with lots of human characters is a real challenge and I think Zoe has pulled it off perfectly. She’s even managed to sneak her own daughter in! I wonder if you can guess which one she is?
Even more exciting, we’re currently working on a second book together. EEEKK!
